Greenberg Glusker LLP is inviting applications for the position of Mid-Level Associate in its Intellectual Property Group. The role focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement, portfolio management, commercial agreements, licensing, and IP transactions for brands across a wide range of industries.

• Salary Range: USD 250,000 – USD 280,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management
• Trademark enforcement and TTAB proceedings
• Advising on NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) and publicity rights matters
• Drafting and negotiating licensing and collaboration agreements
• Managing commercial and IP agreements
• Conducting IP due diligence in M&A transactions
• Working directly with clients on the full lifecycle of brand protection and management

Eligibility:
• 3–5 years of substantive trademark experience at a law firm
• Experience in trademark prosecution, enforcement, and counseling
• Hands-on USPTO experience, including applications, Office Action responses, and TTAB proceedings
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and intellectual property agreements
• Ability to independently manage and own a docket
• Admission to the California Bar
