Socradamus is inviting applications for the position of Compliance Officer – Merchant Banking. The role is ideal for qualified Company Secretaries with experience in merchant banking, listed company compliance, IPO mandates, and regulatory compliance under SEBI and the Companies Act.

• Qualification: Company Secretary (CS)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle merchant banking and SEBI compliance matters
• Manage end-to-end compliance execution for IPO mandates
• Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews
• Ensure adherence to SEBI Regulations, the Companies Act, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate regulatory filings and documentation
• Conduct compliance audits and reviews for merchant banking activities
• Support compliance relating to capital raising, IPOs, M&A transactions, and advisory services
Eligibility:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
• 3–5 years of experience in a listed company or merchant banking compliance role
• Strong understanding of capital market regulations
• In-depth knowledge of SEBI Regulations, the Companies Act, and merchant banking guidelines
• Experience in due diligence, regulatory compliance, and transaction support
