Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Drafting and preparing legal documents
• Assisting in ongoing legal matters and case management
• Analysing legal issues and providing research-based inputs
• Coordinating and communicating with clients and internal teams
• Supporting the legal team in advisory and litigation-related work
Eligibility:
• Students currently pursuing LL.B., B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., or equivalent law programmes
• Strong understanding of legal principles and concepts
• Good legal drafting and document preparation skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Passion for learning and adaptability in a professional environment
Preference:
• Candidates with exposure to Banking Law, SARFAESI, TDR, or DDR matters
