Job Description:
Prasanna Law Chambers (PLC) is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate (Criminal Litigation). The role offers extensive exposure to criminal litigation, trial court practice, High Court matters, legal research, drafting, client representation, and courtroom advocacy across Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling matters from inception to conclusion (A to Z)
• Drafting bail applications, miscellaneous applications, revision petitions, and matrimonial matters
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Preparing criminal trial matters and assisting in cross-examinations
• Representing clients before various courts in Delhi/NCR
• Research and preparation for arguments before the High Court
• Filing cases and obtaining vakalatnamas from jails
• Conducting due diligence and related work for banks and corporate clients
Eligibility:
• Freshers eager to learn or candidates with 1–2 years of litigation experience
• Strong understanding of CRPC/BNSS, IPC/BNS, and the Evidence Act/BSA
• Experience in drafting petitions and applications for Trial Courts and High Courts
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of trial court practice and procedure
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution
• Enrolment and license to practice law in India
• Prior litigation experience preferred
Important Note:
• This is a demanding litigation role involving daily travel across courts in Delhi/NCR and office work in Noida after court hours
• Candidates should be prepared for intensive legal research, drafting, and court appearances
• Apply only if you can commit seriously to litigation practice and are comfortable travelling to Noida regularly
