Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
• LL.M. candidates may also apply
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience preferred
Experience & Requirements:
• Experience in banking, NBFCs, or recovery law firms
• Knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms
• Experience in cheque bounce matters, banking litigation, compliance, and documentation
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Ability to travel for court hearings and property possession drives
• Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting systems
