Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting legal pleadings and documents
• Appearing before courts and tribunals
• Assisting in litigation matters before:
– Supreme Court of India
– Delhi High Court
– Tribunals
– District Courts in Delhi
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–3 years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Prior Delhi litigation experience is essential
• Strong drafting, research, and courtroom skills preferred
• Good communication and litigation handling abilities
