Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with corporate and technology law matters
• Advising on practical business and regulatory issues
• Supporting corporate practice and related legal operations
• Conducting legal research, drafting, and documentation work
• Assisting with compliance and technology-related legal matters, including DPDPA-related work
Eligibility & Preference:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest in corporate and technology law
• Commercial awareness and analytical mindset
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
