Role Description: Litigation & Corporate
The role involves exposure to:
⚖️ Litigation before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
⚖️ Civil and commercial jurisprudence
⚖️ Court practice and procedural work before:
• High Courts
• NCLT
• District Courts
• Other judicial forums
⚖️ Drafting pleadings, applications, opinions, and research memoranda
⚖️ Matter management and coordination with registry officials, advocates, and stakeholders
⚖️ Research-oriented academic and institutional assignments
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised law school
✔ 6 Months to 1 Year of relevant experience
✔ Strong understanding of:
• CPC
• Arbitration Act
• Contract Act
• Specific Relief Act
• Limitation Act
• Insolvency Code
• Evidence Act
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Analytical rigour and professional integrity
✔ Ownership-oriented and solution-driven approach
✔ Ability to work under strict timelines and professional standards
