The office is looking for a proactive, dynamic, and dedicated legal professional capable of handling drafting, procedural litigation work, and legal research assignments across commercial and criminal law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting petitions, notices, and suits under:
• Negotiable Instruments Act (NI Act)
• Commercial Courts Act
• Drafting criminal petitions under the CrPC
• Conducting legal research and analytical work
• Assisting with litigation strategy and procedural matters
• Handling drafting and documentation-related assignments
• Supporting active litigation and dispute resolution matters
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong drafting and legal research skills
✔ Experience or familiarity with NI Act and Commercial Courts matters preferred
✔ Understanding of criminal procedural drafting under CrPC
✔ Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
✔ Professional, proactive, and result-oriented approach
✔ Strong analytical and communication abilities preferred
