LegalTech – Advocates is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Litigation / Dispute Resolution for experienced litigation professionals capable of independently handling matters from inception to final resolution.
This opportunity is ideal for advocates with hands-on courtroom experience across civil, criminal, and family law matters who are comfortable managing litigation strategy, client coordination, junior associates, and active court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Independently managing litigation matters end-to-end
• Handling drafting, pleadings, applications, and written submissions
• Appearing before courts and managing active litigation proceedings
• Coordinating with clients and handling strategy discussions
• Supervising and guiding junior team members
• Managing procedural timelines, case preparation, and dispute resolution strategy
Eligibility & Preference:
• Strong hands-on litigation experience required
• Experience in civil, criminal, and family law matters preferred
• Ability to independently handle matters and courtroom proceedings essential
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and analytical capabilities preferred
• Candidates comfortable with client interaction and team management will be preferred
• Proficiency in Kannada and English (spoken and written) mandatory
