Patine Law Offices is inviting applications for the position of Associate Counsel for advocates with strong courtroom experience and active litigation exposure.
The firm is looking to onboard a litigation lawyer with substantial experience handling matters before the District Courts and the High Court of Delhi.
This opportunity is ideal for advocates seeking a long-term litigation-focused role involving substantive drafting, strategy discussions, independent conduct of matters, and direct courtroom exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation matters before District Courts and the High Court of Delhi
• Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal notices
• Appearing before courts and assisting in active litigation matters
• Participating in litigation strategy conferences and case preparation
• Independently conducting matters and procedural work
• Managing client coordination and litigation-related assignments
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 3 years of active litigation practice mandatory
• Delhi-based candidates only
• Strong courtroom exposure and litigation foundation required
• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and analytical skills preferred
• Candidates demonstrating professionalism, ownership, and independent handling capability will be preferred
