About the Journal:
NLUJ Law Review, the flagship journal of National Law University, Jodhpur, is inviting submissions for Issue 12.2. The journal is a bi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed publication focusing on contemporary legal and policy issues through an interdisciplinary approach.
The Review welcomes original and unpublished manuscripts from students, practitioners, academicians, researchers, and legal professionals across all areas of law and allied disciplines.
Submission Categories:
• Long Articles: 6000–8000 words
• Short Articles: 3000–6000 words
(Word limits are exclusive of footnotes)
Important Submission Guidelines:
• Manuscripts must be original and unpublished
• Simultaneous submissions are not permitted
• Maximum co-authorship of two authors allowed
• Abstract of not more than 200 words is mandatory
• Footnotes must conform to the 20th edition of the Bluebook citation style
• Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification

The Review discourages speaking footnotes and endnotes.
Editorial Process:
The journal follows a three-stage double-blind review process to ensure thorough academic review and editorial scrutiny before publication.
