Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting on M&A and PE/VC transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents
• Conducting legal due diligence exercises
• Supporting general corporate and commercial advisory matters
• Assisting in transaction structuring and deal execution
• Coordinating with clients, counterparties, and transaction teams
Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates from 2022 and 2023 graduating batches preferred
• 2024 graduates may also apply
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills required
• Prior exposure to corporate transactions and advisory work preferred
• Candidates interested in long-term transactional and corporate practice will be preferred
