Role 01 | Senior General Corporate Lawyer
PQE Required:
• Approximately 8 Years
Practice Areas:
• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Private Equity & Venture Capital (PE/VC)
• Banking & Finance
• Corporate & Commercial Advisory
• Allied Corporate Transactions
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading and expanding the Corporate practice vertical
• Managing sophisticated transactional and advisory mandates
• Handling client relationships and strategic advisory work
• Building and leading a dedicated corporate team
• Independently managing mandates from inception to closure
Role 02 | Senior Disputes Lawyer
PQE Required:
• Approximately 8 Years
Practice Areas:
• Corporate & Commercial Disputes
• White-Collar Criminal Defence
• Insolvency & Bankruptcy Litigation
• Arbitration & Tribunal Matters
Key Responsibilities:
• Running litigation and arbitration mandates independently
• Drafting, appearing, and arguing before courts and tribunals
• Managing dispute strategy and client coordination
• Leading and mentoring litigation teams
• Handling matters end-to-end across forums
