Key Responsibilities:
• Handling litigation and arbitration matters relating to real estate and commercial disputes
• Assisting on infrastructure, property, and environmental law disputes
• Conducting legal research and preparing litigation strategy
• Drafting pleadings, written submissions, applications, and legal opinions
• Assisting on real estate transaction advisory and contentious matters
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and regulatory authorities on active disputes
Preferred Expertise:
Candidates with familiarity in the following laws and regulations will be preferred:
• MRTP Act
• Slum Act
• DCPR 2034
• UDCPR 2020
• MTAL Act
• MLRC Code
Eligibility & Preference:
• 4–6 years PQE in disputes and litigation practice required
• Strong drafting, analytical, and courtroom strategy skills preferred
• Prior exposure to real estate litigation and arbitration matters preferred
• Ability to independently manage complex litigation responsibilities
• Strong client management and professional communication capabilities required
