Job Description:
Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate at the Office of Advocate Pulkit Goyal based in Chandigarh.
This opportunity is ideal for young litigation professionals interested in banking and finance litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and commercial litigation with practical exposure before tribunals and constitutional courts.
The role offers hands-on involvement in drafting, court appearances, legal strategy, and client coordination across active litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and legal notices
• Assisting during court hearings and arguments
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
• Supporting litigation strategy and procedural work
• Coordinating with clients and assisting in briefing matters
Eligibility & Preference:
• 0–2 years PQE may apply
• Freshers with relevant internship exposure may also apply
• Prior exposure to NCLT, DRT, or High Court matters preferred
• Strong drafting and legal research skills required
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and take ownership of assignments
• Candidates interested in long-term litigation practice will be preferred
