• Virtual Option: Available (Laptop with stable internet connection mandatory)
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Probation Period: 3 Months

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum Qualification: LL.B., B.Com., or B.A.
• PQE: 0–3 Years
• Preference will be given to LL.B. graduates
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Trade Marks team with daily filing and prosecution work
• Conducting trademark searches and generating search reports
• Assisting with trademark portfolio management
• Uploading and downloading information from online platforms and databases
• Managing deadlines, records, and filing schedules
• Assisting with invoice creation and billing follow-ups
• Drafting professional emails and correspondence
• Supporting documentation and administrative processes related to trademark matters
Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PDF handling
• Ability to conduct online data extraction and data entry tasks
• Good drafting and communication skills
• English and Hindi language proficiency is compulsory
