Outsource 360 is inviting applications for the position of Trainee Executive for candidates interested in building a career in global business development, client acquisition, and strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting tailored and high-quality business proposals for clients
• Identifying prospective clients and key decision-makers
• Engaging with potential clients and understanding business requirements
• Supporting onboarding and smooth transition of clients to delivery teams
• Conducting research on international markets, industries, and competitors
• Assisting with client outreach and business communication initiatives
Eligibility & Preference:
• Open to graduates and final-year students from any discipline
• Candidates from legal or finance backgrounds will be preferred
• Strong command over written and spoken English
• Excellent drafting, communication, and research skills
• Ability to confidently pitch to founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic digital tools
• Familiarity with Upwork, email outreach tools, and AI tools will be an added advantage
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in client-facing interactions
• Prior exposure to business development or client acquisition is beneficial but not mandatory
Working Hours:
• 8 hours per day
• Mandatory availability during either:
• 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• OR 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST
