Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and analysis relating to Intellectual Property laws
• Drafting litigation documents, suits, pleadings, and legal submissions
• Attending Trademark Hearings and representing clients before courts and tribunals
• Managing and handling client IP portfolios
• Preparing for depositions and litigation proceedings
• Coordinating with internal leadership to identify legal challenges and propose strategic solutions
• Managing timelines, repetitive procedural work, and client communication effectively
Eligibility & Preference:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory
• 3–4 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in Intellectual Property law
• Strong understanding of IP laws and litigation procedures
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning effectively within a team
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments
• Candidates able to join immediately will be preferred
