Viranca Legal, a full‑service law firm, is hiring a Legal Associate for its FinTech Team in Pune. If you have a sharp eye for contracts, a solid grasp of FinTech regulations, and the ability to own legal work end‑to‑end, we would love to hear from you.
Details:
• Organisation: Viranca Legal
• Role: Corporate Lawyer (Legal Associate – FinTech Team)
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• Location: Pune
• Industry Experience: FinTech – Mandatory
What You’ll Do:
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise commercial agreements
• Manage end‑to‑end contract lifecycle independently
• Advise on FinTech regulatory frameworks – RBI, DPDP, payments, digital lending, outsourcing
• Identify legal risks and deliver practical, business‑oriented solutions
• Collaborate with business and product teams on compliance matters
What We’re Looking For:
• LL.B. from a recognised university
• 2+ years in corporate and commercial contracts
• Hands‑on FinTech experience (non‑negotiable)
• Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who can work independently and move fast
