SSRANA & Co. is inviting applications for the position of Associate Advocate – Trademark for its South Delhi office.
The role offers exposure to trademark prosecution, oppositions, legal opinions, hearings before the Trademark Registry, and management of trademark portfolios.

• PQE Required: 1–5 Years
• Qualification: LL.B. (3-Year or 5-Year Programme) / LL.M.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting trademark searches and providing legal opinions
• Filing and prosecution of trademark applications
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating trademark portfolios
• Handling client queries on Intellectual Property practices in India
• Drafting legal opinions, notices, and rejoinders
• Preparing Notices of Opposition and Counter Statements
• Handling oppositions, cancellations, rectifications, and affidavits
• Attending show cause hearings before the Trademark Registry
• Managing IP filings, prosecution, and renewals
Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates with experience in trademark prosecution and opposition matters preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organised individuals capable of prioritising and multitasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
