We are hiring for the position of Principal Associate in our Litigation & Corporate Practice in New Delhi and Kolkata. We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join our growing legal practice.

• Role: Principal Associate – Litigation & Corporate Practice
• Location: New Delhi & Kolkata
• Experience: 12–15 years
• CTC: ₹18–24 LPA (commensurate with experience and expertise)
• Bar Council Registration: Mandatory
Key Areas of Expertise:
• Drafting of Writ Petitions, SLPs, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings & Conveyancing
• Appearance before Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts & Tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, PMLAT, DRT & DRAT
• Extensive experience in:
– Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
– Arbitration & Conciliation Act
– Corporate Laws
• Legal research and strategy
• Client counselling and meetings
• Briefing Senior Advocates
Eligibility & Preference:
• Advocate with 12–15 years of experience in handling matters before Hon’ble Courts & Tribunals
• Mandatory registration with the Bar Council
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, court systems, and litigation protocols
• Excellent drafting and research skills
• Proficiency in English and good computer literacy
