The role is ideal for advocates with experience in insolvency, banking recovery, and litigation matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Eligibility & Preference:
• Candidates with experience handling matters before NCLT and DRT
• Experience in SARFAESI proceedings and insolvency litigation preferred
• Advocates with banking recovery litigation experience preferred
• Candidates based in Mumbai are encouraged to apply
