Key Responsibilities:
• E-filing of Trademark, Copyright, and related IPR applications,
• Drafting replies, affidavits, written submissions, and legal documents,
• Handling trademark objections and prosecution-related work,
• Conducting trademark searches and legal research,
• Maintaining case records, filing status updates, and documentation,
• Coordinating with clients regarding filings, updates, and compliance requirements,
• Assisting in day-to-day IPR litigation and advisory work,
Eligibility Criteria:
• LL.B. completed or pursuing final year,
• Basic understanding of IPR laws and legal drafting,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with e-filing procedures preferred,
