About the Opportunity:
Kaizen Law is inviting applications from newly qualified lawyers of the Class of 2026 to join its Corporate and Transactional Practice in Gurgaon. The firm’s practice areas include M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate advisory, and strategic transactions.
Since its establishment in 2022, Kaizen Law has been recognised by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 for its M&A and corporate practice.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Newly qualified lawyers from the Class of 2026
• Candidates from India’s National Law Universities preferred
• Applicants meeting any of the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Batch toppers with strong academic distinctions
- National or international mooting/debating achievers
- Strong researchers and writers in corporate/commercial law
- Demonstrated interest in M&A, PE/VC, securities regulation, employment law, technology law, and allied areas
