About the Opportunity:

• Corporate Legal Intern
Location:
• Kodihalli, Bangalore (On-site)
Duration:
• 1 Month (June 2026)
Stipend:
• Paid Internship
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting company policies
• Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts
• Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
• Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters
• Assisting in due diligence exercises
Eligibility:
• Law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year law courses
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Interest in corporate law
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Candidates must bring their own laptop (BYOD)
