EY is inviting applications for the position of Contracts Expert in Pune. This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with substantial experience in contract management, bid process management, and government project advisory work.

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contractual documents including EOIs, SBDs, Concessionaire Agreements, MoUs, LoAs, and related agreements
• Managing end-to-end bid process execution
• Preparation and review of RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents
• Conducting bid evaluation, clarifications, and contract finalization
• Ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation in contracts
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Handling government projects and stakeholder interactions
Required Skills:
• Strong legal drafting and analytical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
