Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting patent applications based on technical disclosures
• Conducting patentability searches
• Advising on patent filing and prosecution strategies
• Staying updated with patent laws and procedural rules
• Collaborating with inventors, engineers, R&D, and legal teams
Eligibility:
• Registered Indian Patent Agent from the ICT domain preferred
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Computers or Electronics
• Strong analytical, drafting, and technical understanding
