About the Opportunity:
Chambers of V. Anush Raajan is inviting applications for 2 Associates to join its commercial disputes practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to real litigation, including drafting, research, and appearances before courts and arbitration tribunals.
The position is ideal for candidates who want to actively engage in litigation work and build strong expertise across diverse areas of commercial dispute resolution.

Experience Required:
• 2–3 years PQE
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal documents
• Preparing detailed research notes on complex commercial law issues
• Briefing senior counsel and managing matters end-to-end
• Appearing before arbitration tribunals, courts, and other forums
• Tracking judgments, legislative developments, and procedural updates
Eligibility:
• 2–3 years PQE with interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong drafting and research skills
• Ability to take ownership and independently manage responsibilities
