AMA Legal Solutions is hiring Legal Trainees (freshers) for a non-litigation focused role involving advisory, arbitration, and financial disputes work.
Position:
• Legal Trainee
Location:
📍 Sector 57, Gurugram (on-site)
Openings:
• 3 positions (Immediate joining)
Eligibility:
• Fresh law graduates OR final-year students
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in legal advisory work
• Handling client interactions
• Supporting arbitration matters (ADR exposure)
• Drafting complaints to banks & financial institutions
Compensation:
💰 ₹1.5 – ₹2 LPA (3-month paid traineeship)
📈 Performance-based revision after traineeship
Why This Role is Useful:
• Good entry into non-litigation / ADR practice
• Exposure to banking disputes + arbitration work
• Early client handling experience (rare for freshers)
⚠️ Reality Check (important):
• Salary is on the lower side
• More aligned with debt recovery / financial disputes work
• Not ideal if your goal is pure litigation or tier-1 corporate firms
👉 But good if someone wants quick practical exposure + ADR basics
