Bajaj Finance Limited is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Legal in its litigation team. This role focuses on financial litigation, arbitration, and recovery-related legal work, making it a strong opportunity in the banking & NBFC legal sector.

📍 Hanumangarh / Chittorgarh / Alwar (Rajasthan)
Key Work Areas:
• Handling Section 138 NI Act (cheque bounce cases)
• Managing arbitration proceedings (including Section 17 Arbitration)
• Execution of warrants and recovery actions
• Coordination with collections/recovery team
• Dealing with PASA-related matters (Section 25)
• General litigation and case management
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B.
• Age: 25–28 years
• Prior exposure to litigation / banking recovery preferred
• Must be a local candidate
Salary:
• As per company/bank policy (based on experience)
