About the Opportunity:
The Law Chambers of Shahrukh Ejaz is looking to onboard an Associate Advocate for its New Friends Colony office.
This role offers hands-on exposure to Original Side practice before the Delhi High Court, along with matters before Commercial Courts and Tribunals — ideal for someone serious about core litigation.
Role:
• Associate Advocate (Civil / Commercial Litigation)
Location:
📍 New Friends Colony, New Delhi
Practice Area:
• Original Side Civil Litigation (Delhi High Court)
• Commercial Litigation
• Tribunal Matters
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting plaints, written statements, interim applications & appeals
• Handling procedural filings and court appearances
• Conducting in-depth legal research
• Managing case files and court schedules
Requirements:
• Strong drafting skills (precision + clarity)
• Good understanding of procedural law
• Familiarity with:
– Delhi High Court Original Side Rules
– Commercial Courts Act
Experience:
• Prior experience in civil/commercial litigation preferred
Remuneration:
💰 ₹25,000 per month + actual expenses
