• Handling trade mark prosecution and opposition matters
• Conducting clearance searches and advisory work
• Drafting responses to office actions
• Appearing before the Trade Marks Registry (Delhi)
• Legal research and strategic case handling
Eligibility & Skills:
• Prior experience in trade mark practice
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated interest in Intellectual Property law
