Role:
• Intellectual Property Associate
Experience Required:
• 2–4 years PQE
• Law firm experience preferred (Batch: 2022 / 2023 / 2024)
Location:
• Mumbai (Preference for locally based candidates)
Key Areas of Work:
• Advisory and strategy on IP-related matters
• Handling trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design issues
• Assisting in IP prosecution and filings
• Supporting IP litigation and enforcement actions
• Working on commercial disputes and arbitration linked to IP
