1. Associate – Corporate & Transactions (2 Positions)
📍 New Delhi / Bengaluru
Work Includes:
• Investment documentation (drafting & negotiation)
• Legal due diligence
• Corporate advisory & contract review
Eligibility:
• Minimum 2 years PQE
• Experience/interest in VC, M&A, corporate advisory
2. Senior Associate – Corporate & Transactions (3 Positions)
📍 New Delhi / Bengaluru
Work Includes:
• Handling VC & M&A transactions
• Negotiating investment deals
• Due diligence & advisory work
Eligibility:
• Minimum 4 years PQE
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
3. Associate – Frontier Tech, Data Protection & Advisory (1 Position)
📍 New Delhi / Bengaluru
Work Includes:
• Advising on tech, fintech & regulatory compliance
• Data protection (including DPDP Act)
• Drafting tech/commercial agreements
• Research on RBI, MeitY & regulatory frameworks
Eligibility:
• Minimum 1 year PQE
• Interest in tech law, privacy & emerging regulations
