An opportunity is available for the position of Legal Consultant in New Delhi, offering a hybrid role combining litigation and in-house legal work. This role provides diverse exposure across court practice, contract management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Drafting affidavits, complaints, notices, and pleadings
• Handling cheque bounce matters (Section 138 NI Act) and recovery suits
• Assisting in matters before the High Court and other courts
• Managing court filings, case tracking, and hearings
• Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Handling compliance and RBI-related matters
• Coordinating with clients, counsels, and internal teams
Key Requirements:
• LL.B degree
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to handle both litigation and advisory work
