Minara Legal is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to work closely with one of its high-growth startup clients. • Corporate Transactions & Commercial Drafting
• Shareholder & Investor Agreements
• Employment Law & HR Advisory
• Media & Entertainment Transactions
• Litigation (including Section 138 NI Act)
• General Advisory
Experience Required:
• 2–3 years PQE
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Drafting commercial contracts and agreements
• Handling shareholder and investor documentation
• Advising on employment and HR-related matters
• Managing legal notices and demand notices
• Assisting in cheque bounce (NI Act, Section 138) cases
• Supporting litigation and advisory work
• Coordinating directly with startup clients
Key Requirements:
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple practice areas simultaneously
• Client-facing confidence and professionalism
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
