Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Managing recovery processes and legal actions
• Handling recovery of write-off and loss accounts
• Executing warrants under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Liaising with local police authorities
• Coordinating with internal teams for recovery matters
Key Requirements:
• Prior experience in litigation/recovery preferred
• Ability to handle field-level legal coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Local candidates preferred
