About the Opportunity:
Sonisvision Corporates LLP is expanding its Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) vertical and is inviting applications for the position of Patent Partner. This is a leadership-level opportunity to build, scale, and manage a patent practice with a strong PAN India client base.
This role goes beyond a conventional job—it offers the chance to operate as a Partner within a fast-growing law firm, with autonomy over client handling, strategy, and practice development.

Experience Required:
• Minimum 5+ years in Patent practice
Eligibility / Requirements:
• Registered Advocate + Registered Patent Agent (India)
• Experience in handling 200–500+ patent filings
• Strong expertise in patent drafting, prosecution, and hearings
• Ability to independently manage clients and deliver end-to-end services
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling patent drafting, filing, and prosecution
• Managing FER responses, hearings, and oppositions
• Working on both Indian and international patent filings
• Advising clients on IP strategy and portfolio management
• Collaborating with business development teams for client acquisition and consultations
