Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling matters related to Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
• Assisting in arbitration and DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal) cases
• Managing execution proceedings and recovery filings
• Supporting legal processes such as EP filing and Loss on Sale matters
• Coordinating with internal teams and panel advocates
Key Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Proficiency in Kannada (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of litigation and recovery processes
• Ability to manage work independently
