About the Opportunity:
Anoma Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Fintech Regulatory Team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build expertise at the intersection of finance, technology, and regulatory law.

Experience Required:
• 1–4 years (PQE)

Role Overview:
The role involves advising on regulatory frameworks governing fintech, banking, and financial services, while supporting transactions and compliance work in a rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on fintech regulatory frameworks including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI
• Conducting legal research on financial regulations and compliance
• Assisting in structuring fintech and financial transactions
• Drafting legal opinions, agreements, and regulatory documentation
• Supporting clients on compliance and risk management issues

Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to debt transactions or debt practice work
• Background in Banking & Finance or Fintech law
• Familiarity with Indian financial regulatory ecosystem

Skills Required:
• Strong research and drafting skills
• Analytical understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving sector
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
