• Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Associate
Location:
• Vietnam
Role Overview:
This role involves supporting energy and infrastructure investments, working closely with investment teams on complex, high-value transactions across renewables, infrastructure, and private equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on corporate and M&A transactions
• Supporting project development in energy and infrastructure sectors
• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Conducting legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assisting in structuring and execution of investment deals
Eligibility & Experience:
• Strong experience in:
• Corporate / M&A
• Project development
• Energy / infrastructure transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Experience working with investment teams or transactional environments preferred
Ideal Candidate:
• Professional with exposure to cross-border or investment transactions
• Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple deals and timelines efficiently
