Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy is inviting applications for Research Fellows for its Maharashtra team. Vidhi is a leading legal policy think tank working closely with governments on law reform, governance, and public policy initiatives.
Position:
• Research Fellow (2 Positions)
Location:
• Maharashtra
Role Overview:
The selected candidates will work on legal and policy research within the State Government’s constitutional domain, contributing to evidence-based governance and law-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research and policy analysis
• Drafting reports, research notes, and presentations
• Assisting in law reform and policy development work
• Coordinating with government officials, academics, and stakeholders
• Supporting implementation of policy initiatives and projects
Eligibility & Ideal Profile:
• Law graduates / professionals interested in public policy and legal research
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
• Ability to work on interdisciplinary policy issues
• Interest in governance, law reform, and state-level policy work
