About the Opportunity:
Photon Legal is inviting applications for remote internships for May 2026. This internship is tailored for law students who already have some exposure to Intellectual Property (IP) law and are looking to build deeper, practice-oriented understanding in areas such as trademarks, copyrights, and IP advisory work.

Eligibility:
• Law students in their 4th year or above (5-year course) or equivalent
• Prior internship or academic exposure to IP law is mandatory
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Conducting detailed research on trademark, copyright, and other IP laws
• Assisting in drafting legal opinions, research notes, and documentation
• Supporting ongoing IP matters including advisory and protection strategies
• Analysing case laws, statutes, and regulatory developments in IP
• Assisting in preparation of client-related documents and internal knowledge resources
• Contributing to structured legal writing or content (if required)
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong command over legal writing and articulation
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with IP databases and research tools (preferred)
