Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Handling matters under the RERA Act
• Managing promoter compliance and regulatory filings
• Conducting title due diligence and document review
• Representing clients before RERA Authority, REAT, and other forums
• Assisting in litigation, drafting pleadings, and legal documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulatory frameworks
• Experience in RERA litigation and compliance
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and meet timelines
