About the Opportunity:
Applications are invited for Assessment Internships at a South Delhi-based litigation practice handling civil and commercial disputes across multiple forums. The office regularly appears before the High Courts and the Supreme Court, along with Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT, and other quasi-judicial forums, offering interns strong exposure to high-level litigation and arbitration work.

Practice Areas:
• Civil Writ Petitions before High Courts
• SLPs and Appeals before the Supreme Court
• Civil & Commercial Litigation
• Arbitration
• NCLT and other quasi-judicial forums
Eligibility:
• 5th year students of a 5-year LL.B. course OR
• 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. course
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Prior internship experience of at least 5 months
Key Responsibilities (Indicative):
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting in drafting petitions, applications, and briefs
• Supporting work on writs, SLPs, and appeals
• Assisting in arbitration and tribunal matters
• Preparing research notes and case summaries
Duration:
• Minimum 4–8 weeks (extendable based on performance)
