Dhwaj & Associates is expanding its Litigation Practice at its Noida office and is looking to onboard a Senior Associate with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation. This is a strong opportunity for professionals seeking to work on diverse litigation matters while taking independent responsibility in a fast-paced practice.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handling civil and commercial litigation matters across forums
• Managing matters end-to-end with substantial ownership
• Appearing before courts and assisting in proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, applications, replies, and legal documents
• Coordinating with clients, counsel, and internal teams
• Assisting in strategy, research, and case preparation
Eligibility:
• 7–8 years PQE in litigation
• Strong experience in civil & commercial matters
• Proven ability to handle matters independently
• Good drafting, research, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, responsibility-driven environment
