About the Role:
Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in its Dispute Resolution Practice at the New Delhi office.
This opportunity is ideal for litigation professionals with solid experience in commercial disputes and arbitration, looking to work on complex, high-stakes matters across forums.
Practice Area:
• Dispute Resolution (Commercial Litigation & Arbitration)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration matters across all stages
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums
• Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and submissions
• Assist in strategy, case preparation, and client advisory
• Conduct legal research and support complex dispute matters
• Manage matters with a high degree of ownership and professionalism
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong experience in commercial litigation and arbitration
• Demonstrated courtroom exposure and advocacy experience
• Ability to independently draft legal documents and opinions
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle matters efficiently
Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to white-collar defence and investigations will be an added advantage
