About the Role:
YES BANK is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for roles in its Wholesale Banking legal team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in non-litigation banking work, looking to work in a fast-paced in-house environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle non-litigation legal work related to wholesale banking operations
• Review, draft, and negotiate banking and finance-related agreements
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Support structuring of transactions and mitigate legal risks
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory frameworks
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 3–8 years of non-litigation experience in the Wholesale Banking domain
• Prior experience in an Indian private bank preferred
• LL.B. / LL.M. from a top-tier law school (Top 10 preferred)
• Strong drafting, advisory, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a high-responsibility, corporate environment
Work Mode:
• Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai
• Fully on-site role (No Hybrid / No WFH)
