The role offers hands-on experience in trademark prosecution, dispute resolution, and enforcement strategy within a professional and dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in trademark advisory and prosecution matters
• Handle opposition and rectification proceedings
• Support enforcement strategy and IP protection work
• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting related documents
• Work on diverse IP portfolios and client matters
Eligibility & Requirements:
• LL.B. with interest/experience in Intellectual Property Law
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle IP documentation
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn
